Offering this twice-monthly event on the 2nd SATURDAY and 4th SUNDAY of the month. Join us for an afternoon to gather together for a nice Weekend Meal and Meditation. We would love it if you would join us as we create community and a ripple effect. Creating a space where like-minded people can gather together. Let's enjoy a meal together and have some great conversations and create new friendships. After this, Liz will share some of the benefits of creating a meditation practice. You will have tools to allow you to tap into the stillness and silence. We will then proceed into a short meditation together. Comfort is Queen, feel free to bring your favorite blanket, pillow, or mat.
